payment options with patients.
• How to incorporate a follow-up process for those who want to think about the choices prior
to surgery.
• How to organize the marketing materials throughout the office to ensure the patient is exposed
to their choices and can relate to others who have had similar procedures.
• Specific techniques to ensure the patients are informed as to choices, expectations and
probable outcomes.
